AETRAPID-375 is a combination antibiotic injection containing Ceftriaxone 250 mg and Sulbactam 125 mg, used for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections. It is effective against respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, intra-abdominal infections, bone and joint infections, and septicemia. Sulbactam enhances the activity of Ceftriaxone by inhibiting bacterial beta-lactamase enzymes, improving its effectiveness against resistant bacteria.
